Thank you for shopping with OIUUWMD. We know that when you place an order online, you want to know exactly when it will show up at your door. That is why we keep our shipping process simple, upfront, and free for all orders going to the United States and Canada.

Where We Ship

OIUUWMD proudly ships to two countries:

  • United States
  • Canada

That is it. We know some stores make you dig through complicated tables to figure out if your region is covered. With us, if you live in the United States or Canada, we will get your order to you.

Because our store is based in Chicago, orders traveling to the United States tend to move the fastest. Canadian shipments take just a little more time as they cross the border. We always prepare international paperwork carefully so your package moves through customs as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Here is the simplest part of our policy:

  • Shipping to the United States: Free
  • Shipping to Canada: Free

We do not charge handling fees, packaging fees, or any hidden extras. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Free shipping applies to every single order, no matter the size or weight of the items you choose.

There is one rare exception. If your delivery address is in a remote or hard-to-reach area, your order may require an extra fee from our shipping carrier. This does not happen often, but we want to be transparent about it. Remote areas can include small islands, far northern territories, and other places where standard delivery routes do not reach. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you before we ship, so you will never be surprised by a charge you did not expect.

Order Cut-Off Time

We pack and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. If you place your order before 5:00 PM EST, that order is processed the same business day. If you place your order after 5:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, the order is processed on the next business day.

Here is what that means in practice. If you order on a Tuesday at 2:00 PM, your order is in the processing queue that same day. If you order on a Friday at 7:00 PM, your order is processed on Monday. Weekends and major holidays do not count as business days for either processing or delivery.

Handling Time

Every order goes through a short handling period before it leaves our warehouse. This gives our team time to carefully pick your items, inspect them for quality, and pack them securely.

Handling time is 1 to 3 business days. Most orders are actually ready within 1 business day, but we keep the 3-day window so we have time to handle larger orders, items that need extra care, and busy seasonal periods. We would rather set a realistic window and beat it than promise something we cannot deliver.

You do not need to do anything during this handling period. Just sit back and let our team do their work.

US Delivery Time

For shipments within the United States, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. This means the full timeline from placing your order to receiving it is usually about 3 to 7 business days, depending on how quickly your order clears the handling stage.

Most customers in the continental US see their package within the shorter end of that range. We use reliable national carriers, and once your package is in their network, it moves quickly.

Canada Delivery Time

For shipments to Canada, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Your package will spend a little time clearing customs, which we cannot control from our side, so we build this into our estimated window.

Canadian customers ordering from OIUUWMD should expect their full timeline to be about 4 to 8 business days from ordering to arrival. Most packages land on the earlier side, but customs and other border procedures sometimes cause a small delay.

Order Tracking

Every order shipped by OIUUWMD includes a tracking number at no extra cost. We want you to be able to follow your package from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at your door.

Here is how tracking works:

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.
  • That email includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
  • You can check your package’s status as it travels through the network.
  • Once your package is delivered, the tracking page is updated so you know it has arrived.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information, especially during big sale periods and holiday seasons. Delivery updates give you the most accurate window for arrival.

How We Pack Your Items

We know that no one likes opening a box and finding damaged goods. That is why our packing process is built around protecting your purchase.

All items are packed in sturdy boxes or mailers suited to their size and weight. Fragile items get extra attention. We use protective materials like bubble wrap, air pillows, and paper padding to keep glass, ceramics, electronics, and other delicate products safe during transit. This is included in your free shipping, not sold as an extra service.

If you are ordering multiple items, we pack them together in one shipment whenever possible. You will receive a single tracking number for the entire order. In rare cases, a very large order may be split into multiple packages, and each package will have its own tracking number.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

If you realize you made a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], and we will do our best to correct it before the order goes out. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, the address cannot be changed.

Missing or Delayed Packages

Sometimes a package takes a little longer than expected. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and customs inspections can all cause delays that are outside our control.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please be patient, but also reach out to us. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. We will do everything we can to locate your package and get it to you.

What Happens at the Border

Canadian customers should note that their order may be subject to customs inspection and, in some cases, duties or taxes applied by Canadian authorities. OIUUWMD does not control these charges and cannot predict them in advance. They are determined by the Canadian border agency based on the nature and value of the goods.

We complete all paperwork accurately and include proper declarations, but the final decision on any import charges rests with customs officials. If you have questions about potential duties, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
